I bought a bike from the dealer mid to late July 2025, a 2015 Yamaha R1. The bike didn't go past 4 weeks and it had gearbox issues, took it back to the dealer and it stayed there for over 4 weeks and I had to start making noise to get it back, a day after collection, it got worse gearbox and riding aids were an issue at this point,. Sent it back to the dealer and it was there for over 3 weeks again, then came back with an the same issues, this time dirty and with loose bolts, took it back to the dealer after a day, this time the dealer promise to give me another bike if it broke down after the repair. The workshop manager Stefan and his Apparent independent Assessor Neelz jooste, made sure to sabotage the engine oil pump, I rode the machine for 2 days and the engine died while I was riding on the High to attend a rally. They then accused me o revving the bike and came up with a silly excuse not to honor their promise, the bike didn't even reach the Rally and yet in their statement the bike was damaged at the Rally. Which is bogus. ****** those ones including the Company called NLS which repairs their bikes

Stay away from this bike shop. They not honest. Extra amounts added on top of the actual price. I was charged R9500 for tyres. No new tyres fitted. R4500 service . What service? Will never go there again and will never recommend them to anybody. When asked about the R9500 (tyres) i was told its on road fees. That fee of registration is payable we all know that. They adding huge amounts over and above the actual price.

When into Wheelzonline's physical shop. Located in boksburg to look a kawasaki z800. The price was advertised for R105 000. I was highly interested and continued to apply for finance. The lady who helped (Eloise), can back and told me that Westbank requested a R45000 deposit on the bike. Which was odd for we have financed 4 other vehicles which were way more expensive and non of them required a deposit. We have a great credit score. I contacted Westbank to query this and they said they there is no need to put a deposit. It would be up to us to decide that and that it was odd that the bank contact the dealership about that and not that us, who was purchasing the bike. It's a ****. The customer thinks that they have put down a deposit, only later to find out when they plan to settle the vehicle. They still owe and extra R45 000. These guys pocket your so called deposit without you knowing. 🔥 Don't buy from them🔥 Ps. Went and finance a bmw rninet 2 days later through Westbank, no deposit. I'm very happy with bmw service.

I wanted to purchase a 2019 Kawasaki Ninja 400 priced at R90 000, i was assisted by Elouise from their finance department. She was friendly and helpful at first, but this all turned for the worse. I app**** for finance and was told that Wesbank required a R12 000 deposit to go ahead with the finance. I then paid the deposit only to get financed by ABSA. No options were sent to me to choose from. When I queried this with ABSA I was told that I had been financed for the full amount of the bike, R94 000. When I asked Elouise about this, she tried to give me all sorts of stories and then ended up swearing at me after I told her that I no longer wish to go ahead with the deal as I do not feel they are being honest, no offer to purchase or contract had been signed. When I asked then to refund the deposit that was intended for the bank. They outright refused to pay my R12 000 back. Only after I had opened a case against them and the investigating officer had called them did they then reluctantly pay my deposit back.. STAY AWAY!!!!

I bought 06 zx14 with "30000km', was assused bike was perfect over the phone as I live in cape town, structed the deal with stephan and paid over my cash. Bike arrived and had alot alot more visual imperfections than a bike with 30000km, On arrival bike arrived with a cracked, chipped rear light was told.this can happen in transit bike was PDI before leaving., was told to go to the strand branch to have it fixed. This.was sorted. A week after getting her, I take her out to wellington. The bike over heats, stuck.in.wellton and getting no.offer to assit with pick up I get myself and the bike back home, I get told by wheelsonline it's due to riding.style although i own other bikes , and it's only water although fluids that was leaking was green so it's coolant not water, also noted the gearbox was seleting gears properly. After wheelzonline refilling and checking all fluid and liquids, 2 week later I went to welliton again and again I got stuck with over heating. Again had to get towed back to table view(no combepensation offered by wheelzonline as this is R600 each time.i must be collected. After getting the bike to the stand branch, and much baxk and forth between stephan and I a new thermostat was ordered. In the same time I had show Stephan how bad the current fairing was condition wise, cracked/ not fitting properly, he said he would go half but that was another R5000 I had to come up with remembering I bought the bike 2 months prior.. The process to have thermo Stat and fairing fitted was almost 2 months, remembering this is due my cpa time. After having the fairing fitted and the new thermostat which took.2 months. I have now developed a bearing knock.on the engine, I have done less than 4000k in.8 months due to these issues. The only help stephan offered if to use a.mechanic in JHb I would need.to pay transport there, and back, pay the mechanic, my question to that was if there's a issue then.it must get back there. I now am.sitting.with a 56k to.fix the bearing knock, thank you Stephan for selling me lemon of a bike, i cannot afford to fix it, as I had trusted you..sold.a solid clean bike. Life lesson learnt, I won't do business with you again.

DO NOT BUY A BIKE FROM THIS DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT. Was looking at a 2013 Yamaha R6 with 25 000 km on the clock, started the whole process to go through with Finance and then all of the problems started!! Absolutely no transparency on all the costs attached to the bike, when we asked for details on the costs and our quote we were told they cannot share that information with us!! Magically the purchase price also went up by R6 000 and then there were still added extras of another R15 000!! Not only that but when we called Yamaha to confirm the year model and mileage, we were informed it is ACTUALLY a 2009 Yamaha R6 with the last recorded mileage from the service being 71 883 km!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Now the no transparency makes sense because you’re just a bunch of ******!!!!
