I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the product quality and customer service from Whiskas. I recently bought a large bag of Whiskas Fish Flavour pellets, and it’s clear that the formula has changed. All three of my cats, who have eaten this flavour for years, suddenly refuse to touch it. They smell it and walk away.
This is not a small issue. I spent the last money I had on this big bag, trusting the brand I’ve always re**** on. Now my cats are growing thinner every day because they simply won’t eat this new formula. One of my cats has just had kittens, and she’s being drained by them while getting no nutrients back because she won’t eat the food. This situation is becoming heartbreaking to watch.
I emailed Whiskas customer care multiple times, and to this day I have received absolutely no response. No acknowledgement, no assistance, nothing. The lack of accountability is shocking for a brand this big.
If this continues, Whiskas will be directly responsible for the starvation of my 3 cats and 3 kittens, because I trusted their product and their customer support, and both have failed me completely.
I am posting this review because I want other pet owners to be aware of what is happening with the Whiskas Fish Flavour formula and the complete silence from their customer service team
