WHISKERS (MARS) POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased 2 x boxes of wet Whiskers cat food of 12 x pouches in each box. I realized that my three cats would pull up their noses.

Half way through the first box, I decided to smell the food. The food was rotten. I opened the second box. Same thing. The food was rotten.

I contacted MARS, explained the situation. They wanted BB dates Bar codes Where I purchased the products. I sent them pics of everything. They promised me that they would get back to me once the investigation was made. They also stated that they would send me vouchers in replacement of the rotten products.

I kept the rotten food in my home which started attracting flies and causing a health problem.

Two weeks ago and I've heard nothing. When I tried to follow up, they ghosted me.

Never in my life have I dealt with such poor service.
