Shocking Service and *********** Staff
I placed an order and was advised that I will receive my tracking number on the Friday. When I queried what my tracking number is, I was informed that now it was going to be delivered directly from Whitehouse on the following Monday. The following Monday arrived and there was no delivery. When I queried I was informed that it appears their warehouse team regrettably neglected to hand your parcel over to our drivers for today’s scheduled route but they are now personally involved and this will be resolved by Tuesday. I asked for a credit and was asked to please wait till the Tuesday so it could be rectified from their side and I could refuse the delivery and then a credit can be done if I still wish to do the credit. Needless to say, the delivery on Tuesday never happened. I queried this on Wednesday and was told the parcel was delivered to a woman who I have no idea is or where she lives. So now I still have no parcel and no credit and have to wait for Whitehouse. Their incompetence at every level is shocking and laid back. They are not interested in customer service and sadly I must now wait for their incompetence to be dealt with and nothing to show for it. Disgusted

Hardworking , great staff
Thank you to the village square team of Whitehouse linen , so very friendly ,helpful and enormously kind i was shocked. Been to many Whitehouses before but never got customer service. But village square has ATE hands down ,best staff ever

WHITEHOUSE LINEN/BED BATH HOME ONLINE
I ordered an electric over blanket for my boss and it arrived within 3 days. It was unfortunately not the right size and we returned it. Process was quick and painless. The service we received from Armanelle was of excellent quality and I have no hesitation ordering from them again.

No service in store
Went to Canal Walk store especially to visit WH worst service ever or should I say no service at all. Have heard good things about the quality so decided to buy on line. Very disappointing. Hope u guys improve on this otherwise u might as well close the doors and save on rental.

I have only had amazing service from Whitehouse Linen - through their online shop https://bedbathhome.co.za/ Online orders are extremely easy and smooth, and goods are always delivered promptly. I will support this company again and again.

Taking money without processing the order
It seems I have exactly the same issue as the previous report. Whitehouse took my money and is not processing the order, claiming the issue lies with Payfast. I cannot accept that a merchant like Whitehouse cannot resolve payments with their pay platform service provider. I supp**** proof of payment but still no willingness to process my order.

Paid order not processed
I placed an online order with this company and paid for it. Their system did not process the order, yet took my money. I am now struggling to get feedback from them. They told me they were "investigating" the matter, however, they took my money and did not process my order nor refund me.
