Poor Quality Whitehouse Linen Duvet Inner
I bought a Soft Feather and Goose Down Duvet Inner and within a month the inner had lost so much volume due to the feathers and down leaking out of the casing. The inner casing is of very poor quality and has zero down-proof capability. This is gravely disappointing. Spare your money and don't buy this poor quality duvet inner.

Standard Trust Limited Beneficiary Care Refusal to pay for Beneficiary Needs
It's been 4 working days since I sent a request for a school fee payment with no success. It's my understanding that this is an off-peak season for the STL Care entity so it doesn't make sense to me why my request is not processed for so long. My child is inconvenienced at this point as he's suspended till the fees are settled by his trust fund that's being managed by the Standard Trust Limited Beneficiary Care.

Grievance Standard Bank Home loan and Cessions department
I've been sent from pillar to post since the 21st June 2025 by standard bank consultants while trying to get the assistance of the home loan department in approving my cession application for a home loan protection policy to be ceded to my home loan. The incompetence is utter disgust and appalling. I would never recommend Standard bank to anyone who values their peace of mind. The automated email I got stated that a reference number would be sent but that was never sent to me.

Incompetency of Management Trust Fund
I'm utterly disgusted by the Standard Trust Beneficiary Care department that's handling my child's Trust Fund benefits. They refuse to pay my child's school fees. The Trust Fund is for his benefit left for him by his dad, but Standard Bank is denying him education now. I'm over their bull**** and want to have the Fund Management taken to a competent institution.

No refund for items sold defective
Makro sold me defective Volkano Pico Series wireless earphones a month ago. I returned them and have not been refunded since then. Makro ****med me of my money. Be warned against buying from Makro!!!

Incompetent Trust Fund Management
The Standard Trust Beneficiary Care division of Standard Bank manages the pension benefits of minors under trusts. I have received an awfully disappointing service from this division since the day my child’s pension benefits were received by them from his late father’s pension fund. The beneficiary fund is supposed to assist me in taking care of the child but I keep on having to painfully push this organization to get any payment. I feel helpless and frustrated as nothing I’ve tried to get a solution for this has worked. Their incompetence is utterly disgusting! I wish I had a choice to change the trust to another service provider.

False Adverti*****t
I ordered a bucket for 1 with free stoney drink online and collected at KFC Beyers Park, 135 North Rand road Boksburg on the 01/12/2020. I was not given the free Stoney drink but was told that the promotion has ended. I regard this as false adverti*****t as my invoice stated the free Stoney drink. What I ordered and paid for is not what I received. When I asked the person who served me why the free Stoney drink is on the menu, he told me that he is not responsible for what goes on the menu. KFC is guilty of False advertising
