Shocking Service and *********** Staff

I placed an order and was advised that I will receive my tracking number on the Friday. When I queried what my tracking number is, I was informed that now it was going to be delivered directly from Whitehouse on the following Monday. The following Monday arrived and there was no delivery. When I queried I was informed that it appears their warehouse team regrettably neglected to hand your parcel over to our drivers for today’s scheduled route but they are now personally involved and this will be resolved by Tuesday. I asked for a credit and was asked to please wait till the Tuesday so it could be rectified from their side and I could refuse the delivery and then a credit can be done if I still wish to do the credit. Needless to say, the delivery on Tuesday never happened. I queried this on Wednesday and was told the parcel was delivered to a woman who I have no idea is or where she lives. So now I still have no parcel and no credit and have to wait for Whitehouse. Their incompetence at every level is shocking and laid back. They are not interested in customer service and sadly I must now wait for their incompetence to be dealt with and nothing to show for it. Disgusted
