Need more value and respect for the fees we pay in sectional title schemes
If my levy statement reflects between R5700 to R6000/per month and my bond at R11 000 then the services rendered should justify the amount I am paying. However, almost every week I have to get home to find my patio with muddy footprints from the maintenance staff and the walkways and grass areas not cleaned properly. After several referrals and appeals to the body corp and the estate manager/s the situation, to date, has not changed. We deserve better services for the exorbitant fees that we pay to live in sectional title schemes.

We completely understand and agree with you, you should indeed receive value for the levies that you pay to the Body Corporate.
We as the managing agents would collect the levies paid by owners and ensure that the relevant service providers are paid, on time.
Levies are based on the services provided to the scheme (eg garden services, insurance, maintenance, cleaning, administration etc. etc.) and then determined and confirmed annually by the owners.
We will be more than happy to engage with you to discuss and consider proposals to revisit the calculation of levies and services to your particular Sectional Title Community Scheme.
