Purchased a battery for 31,500.00 which was delivered, but did not work. Was promised a refund, but all communication has stopped. They do not answer WhatsApp, phone numbers or email. Frank was the operators' name. It is a scam.

Hierdie is n groot skelm spul. Het n pakket gekoop op " Black Friday special" eers was die aflewering 'n probleem, nadat ek dit ontvang het, was dit instaleer en kon glad nie aanskakel nie. My bestelling nommer # 7236 . Marc het gevra ek moet dit terug stuur, eers ontken dat hy dit ontvang het en tot vandag toe nog niks terug gestuur of betaal nie. Hy ignoreer alle kommunikasie en weier net botweg om met jou te praat of e-mails of om op enige vorm van kommunikasie te reageerr BLY WEG VAN HULLE AF, jy gaan baie geld verloor soos ek.

Scam company
This is a scam company. Bought a 6kw lithium battery and it burnt out in 2 months. They don't respond to you by phone, email or whatsapp when you request a refund or replacement. Stay away from this company. Inferior products and no after sales service
