I placed an order with WiggleRoo Customs and made full payment, including courier fees. Eleven days later, I was informed that the order could not be fulfilled. A refund was offered, but initially excluded the courier costs. After some back and forth, the business agreed to include the courier fees in the refund.
However, the refund was made to a different account than the one I had provided, which unfortunately resulted in me not receiving the funds.
I also noticed a public post on social media referencing a previous, successful order I had placed, which I felt was shared out of context.
Based on my personal experience, I would recommend exercising caution when dealing with this business.
