Booked a video call to enrol my son, and no one pitched to the meeting! I called a total of three numbers to try get hold of someone. 1st number = straight to voicemail. 2nd number = diverted to a voicemail. 3rd number = person has no idea what I am talking about. A bunch of time wasters and I had high hopes for this school.
I placed an order with WiggleRoo Customs and made full payment, including courier fees. Eleven days later, I was informed that the order could not be fulfilled. A refund was offered, but initially excluded the courier costs. After some back and forth, the business agreed to include the courier fees in the refund. However, the refund was made to a different account than the one I had provided, which unfortunately resulted in me not receiving the funds. I also noticed a public post on social media referencing a previous, successful order I had placed, which I felt was shared out of context. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend exercising caution when dealing with this business.
Quick to contact you for a sale. No after-sales service. Bed broken after just 7 days...no solution to the problem. Spoken on NUMEROUS occasions to change our debit order and now they want to double debit us for their lack of communication. STAY AWAY!!!!! Only get service during sale process, after that you are on your own!
Such a **** artist! Has ****** over R1200 from me and first there was excuse after excuse, now she flat out ignores my messages and attempts to get hold of her. She has *****ed waybill numbers, proof of payments, and police cases. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER!
I have been wrongly blacklisted with TransUnion and trying to phone the to sort it out is IMPOSSIBLE!! They take 20 minutes to answer, get your details, then hang up! It's pathetic. So we must go hungry because they could not be bothered?
