purchased coupons via Capitec 04/04/26. Only received it the next day(05/04/26)

i have emailed them for a refund, they have asked me to send the coupons to check if it has not been used, i sent it and never received a response again!!!

total of R1107!!!

Wikideals do better your phone line are "currently offline" so no form of contacting besides an email, emails was sent yesterday 07/04 and today there is no response
