As an educator who values durability and functionality in a watch, I was excited to purchase the North Edge Solar Evoque Watch from Wilberrys. The advertising for the watch was impressive, showcasing its ruggedness, solar power, water resistance up to 50m, and additional features like a compass. However, my experience with the watch and the company has been nothing short of disappointing.

Within the first three months of wearing the watch to work and back, three buttons fell off. I contacted North Edge, hoping for a solution or guidance, but all they could say was to be cautious of "****" watches. This response was not only unhelpful but also insulting, as I had purchased the watch from their authorized dealer, Wilberrys.

My attempts to contact Wilberrys for assistance were equally frustrating. They requested that I send the watch back via waybill, but I simply wanted an invoice number before doing so. Despite numerous attempts to reach them, I received no response.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Wilberrys or North Edge. The lack of customer support and the poor quality of the product have left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. If you're in the market for a durable and reliable watch, I suggest looking elsewhere.
