I seldom write reviews, but after my distressing experience with Luigi Lombard and his so-called Wild Wilderness Photo and Film, I feel compelled to share a warning. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this operation.

From the outset, we were deceived by the instagram page and photos that was not even taken by him. Promising high-quality, professional work with a personal touch, he instead delivered a woeful pound of unprofessionalism and sheer incompetence.

After an initial deposit I found myself navigating a maze of excuses and delays. His communication was sporadic at best, with emails and calls often going unanswered. When he did respond, it was with the same rehe****d lines about unexpected issues or not answering at all.

We paid a deposit in September 2023, unfortunately all the news and stories only surfaced closer to our wedding date in July 2024. We thus would not have booked with him had we known. We requested a cancellation a month in advance because we did not want to spoil our special day working with someone *********** we thus had to go over our budget and hire other photographers.

What makes the situation worse is Lombard’s utter lack of remorse. Requests for refunds were met with hostility and accusations of being unreasonable. His customer service was non-existent, and his attitude was a toxic mix of arrogance and indifference.

The promises of exceptional service and quality are nothing more than smoke and mirrors designed to lure unsuspecting clients into a financial pitfall. Save yourself the headache and financial loss—avoid this so-called photographer at all costs.
