Wildcrete Solar Didtributors failure to deliver geyser after two weeks

I have paid for a geyser at Wildcrete Solar Distributors on 26 May 2024, and have sent proof of payment, they promised to deliver in 2 days. This was sent on their WhatsApp number and email address: sales@wildcretedistributors.com where proof of payment was also sent. I am so disappointed that even today the geyser is not delivered, and they don't take my calls, nor respond to my emails even not the WhatsApp messages.
