Wildcrete Solar Didtributors failure to deliver geyser after two weeks
I have paid for a geyser at Wildcrete Solar Distributors on 26 May 2024, and have sent proof of payment, they promised to deliver in 2 days. This was sent on their WhatsApp number and email address: sales@wildcretedistributors.com where proof of payment was also sent. I am so disappointed that even today the geyser is not delivered, and they don't take my calls, nor respond to my emails even not the WhatsApp messages.

Godfrey Mogorosi at Rustenburg Incredible connections is a star... He simply understands the importance of serving and treating a customer as King. Despite the many delay challenges we experienced in terms of getting the gadgets we were purchasing, he remained calm and reassured us as customers that we will be assisted. When coming back for more assistance on a gadget that could not connect to the network, Godfrey stopped at nothing to asssit, and we left the shop the happiest customers. Kudos, to Godfrey, I will propose that Incredible connections management recognises and awards him, because I am sure we were not the only customer he treated with excellence!
