I wanted to buy a pistol and phoned Wildman Cape Gate. I was told what I will get a full refund if my Lic was unsuccessful after I appealed it. At the store after paying the full amount I asked the salesman to confirm refund. He confirmed refund, hesitated and added that there will be a 10% handling fee! Then I got “Loyalty points” – R600 worth of them! HEY!
Not so my balance was R0. I asked Wildman Cape Gate about it and cashier told me she doesn’t know how it works. She connected me to the store manager and his response was also that he doesn’t know how it works. I phoned My Bonus, number you get with a sms and they told me Wildman Cape Gate must load the points. Back to Wildman Cape Gate cashier told me My Bonus must load it and she doesn’t know how it works.
Imagine her surprise when I told her I just go off the phono with My Bonus confirming she must load it. All of a sudden she was able to see the R600 but wait she then told me it’s R246.54 and not R600. Wildman’s “Loyalty points” stipulate 3-15% of purchase price and I complained that the amount was now less than 3%. She got angry and said she doesn’t know how it works. Then told me she loaded my “Loyalty points” on another clients! WAS THIS A HONIST MISTAKE? Why then is she able to take R246.54 out of one clients “Loyalty points” and miraculously transfer it to me?
ON THE SYSTEM SHE CLAIMS NOT TO DO THE LOADING AND DOESN’T KNOW HOW IT WORKS!
Is there a client’s account that gets loaded with “Loyalty points” for kitty of selected people?
