Sedge field wildX unprofessional lying business runner

the people of wildX are e first encounter was with the Atlantis WildX where i bought a ticket on hyperli i called them to make a booking everything was going well untill i mentioned that i will be using a Hyperli voucher then they told me they dont have any availability for rides wity Hyperli vouchers then they persuaded us skelem i guess they are not making sales now they are phishing for people to add more money and ride at normal price that was fine because i could still cancel everything

The worse happened when we booked at sedge field i called them on the 11/04/25 i explained that i want to buy with the entertainer the lady said that is not a problem she sent me a link to do the booking i didn't do it because i saw that they don't get fully booked on the 20/04/2025 i sent a whatsapp again when we got there we got to a old white person that appeared to already be ****** for the first time he mentioned that if you want to use the entertainer we need to book prior so i asked him to show us how to do that because when you buy on the entertainer you need to put in a pin from the merchant he also didnt know we spoke to the lady that was there who gave us the number of the boss which happened to be the number of the person i have been communicating with the lady told me the same story of booking prior and i asked her if she knew that is how things are done why didn't she say she said i never, told her that i am buying with entertainer when i tried to remind her she dropped the call such lies from an adult person their business is goner get worse its not possible to succed on other people tears
