Their service is horrible, we booked a service with them in an unfami**** area and we were 5 minutes late and they insisted on us paying a total of R2000 as a penalty or forfeit our booking of R2000. Their staff were rude and unhelpful. Our intended group hadn’t even left when we arrived and they were still checking in as we were trying to do the same. So many others arrived with us and after us and were allowed to go on by other service providers. I recommend you find another service provider. Even the ones that are on site at Atlantis nature reserve are much better options for proper services.

Good day. My name is Karien Wessels 32 years old and I have been working for WILD X Adventures for 2 years( working 7days a week working 11 to 13 hours a day and were only off when we were told to be off. . We were staying on premises in Wilderness. Met alot of people at the Wilderness site and my husband worked from Plet (The Crags, Harkerville, Sedgefield, Wilderness, Montaque Pass George , Oudtshoorn, Capetown Atlantis, Swellendam to Montaqu, Melkbos ...and driving to PE to get bike parts as well. He was the operation Manager mostly Gardenroute but did everything... We worked 7 days a week... and I have 4 small boys. Last one born in November 2024. We were forced of the premises with a private security company Wilderness Defense Force July 3rd 2025. We had to leave the company ground in Wilderness with only our clothes in black bags.. We were threatened with police and welfare workers. With many false accusations. He did not only force us off his premises... He forced us to leave the province. We were held hostage by the security company the whole day on street with our kids until we climbed on a bus 11 hours to our destination.Our kids(8 months, 4 years,6years and 9 years). Our kids was in school... We had a lovely dog called Josh...we were forced to leave him there rescued pitbull from Sampets. Everyone loved him. Clients and us. We had to leave all our belongings. They called Sampets and said I left my dog there... We abused him... and he even slept in our 1 bedroom house that we designed the living room into another bedroom The security came into our house without a (lasbrief) went through the whole house searching but not finding any drugs. He bought us a car and we paid him R2000 a month for 11 months and now he is saying we rented it by him.He kept the car and all our belongings. He said he will send all our stuff to us if we leave. I went to open a case at the CCMA because he did not even pay us is the last month that we worked. He is refusing to send our belongings because I went to open a case at the CCMA.. with one days notice he said he is going to give all our belongings to charity if we dont come and get it the next day. We don't have money to get our belongings to us over a distance of 1000km.11 hours ride with bus... I have no car , no money. Not even a s****. I can't pay school fees.. but thanks the Lord Jesus Christ my kids is going to school for free at this stage. I had a hysterectomy a day after my baby was born and 2 weeks after my baby was born I started working again. I got paid only for the days I worked. I could not claim UIF. So I am reporting this story... not only for myself but for every other person that this has been done to. And that people would be aware not to fall into this trap (I have work for you for the next 10 to 15 years SPAM). There are a lovely couple in Montaqu that has the same moral of story but they are still in the western cape.. yesterday he came with police , invaded their house... and took a lot of their belongings , claiming it is his. WildX Adventures don't employ people , but you work as a mechanic, receptionist, booking agent, operation Manager.. but you are not entitle to any benefits... when you start to make noice, you get fired and dismissed. I have seen it happen to so many people. They immediatly block you so that you don't make a bad review... and if you do make a review he whatsapp and threaten you with lawyers ect. This couple also have a 6 year old... and he invaded their house with police... He has a lot of money. Money talks..... but since July 3rd 2025 he kept all our stuff and still has everything. I don't know who is going to help me but I am done keeping quite. I am talking for every single person that this has been done to.. And if you want names I can give it to you. 95 percent of his company guides is ******* immigrants. He has 17 branches. And he can't give us as South Africans a normal chance of living. I am sorry to all the people that this has also been done to. My cincere care .Don't fall for this .

We worked for this company, they moved us all the way from East London to Swellendam branch. We have been working for them since last year. My husband broke his ribs so I had to stand in and help on his side to the point where I got burnt out. We work 7 days a week very long hours, if you take a day off to rest you do not get paid, you are also only allowed to take of if they feel so. We worked 8 months for Wildx during this time we were told we are not employed by this company but are independent contractors, but yet they want to make the hours and days we have to work and the salary. On the 25th of May I asked if I resigned how long would they need notice as to today they never spoke about it or accepted it but on the 18th of June they wanted to come and tell us we are done working for them and have to be off their farm the 20th of June, I myself asked to resign not my husband but yet they also fired him so no reason. The past 4-5 months they have been using my personal bakkie for Wildx use I still had 40% + run on my 2 back tyres. They used my tyres to the point where they were smooth up and down between farms, all the service kits ect was on me my personal account. When I said I can't drive my tyres are smooth they insisted on getting tyres for the bakkie as they have been using the bakkie for Wildx. But came the 20th of June they went and deducted the money for the tyres if though they used my tyres but did not compensate me for the use of my bakkie, my tyres, the services or the wear and tear on my bakkie. They left us with less then 2 days to pack up, find a house and move all our stuff, we did not have enough money for our rent, deposit or any other bills due to their deductions even though it should be for their account since they used my bakkie. After talking to the owner on the 20th of June he told me that it is not his problem how I get of his farm, how we move or that our salary is short even knowing we have a small child who would suffer due to his selfishness, we had to go around and ask other people to help move our stuff.

the people of wildX are e first encounter was with the Atlantis WildX where i bought a ticket on hyperli i called them to make a booking everything was going well untill i mentioned that i will be using a Hyperli voucher then they told me they dont have any availability for rides wity Hyperli vouchers then they persuaded us skelem i guess they are not making sales now they are phishing for people to add more money and ride at normal price that was fine because i could still cancel everything The worse happened when we booked at sedge field i called them on the 11/04/25 i explained that i want to buy with the entertainer the lady said that is not a problem she sent me a link to do the booking i didn't do it because i saw that they don't get fully booked on the 20/04/2025 i sent a whatsapp again when we got there we got to a old white person that appeared to already be ****** for the first time he mentioned that if you want to use the entertainer we need to book prior so i asked him to show us how to do that because when you buy on the entertainer you need to put in a pin from the merchant he also didnt know we spoke to the lady that was there who gave us the number of the boss which happened to be the number of the person i have been communicating with the lady told me the same story of booking prior and i asked her if she knew that is how things are done why didn't she say she said i never, told her that i am buying with entertainer when i tried to remind her she dropped the call such lies from an adult person their business is goner get worse its not possible to succed on other people tears
