I had previously written a review about this institution where I thought I was being ****med. The business is actually legit, they did contact me and explained the misunderstanding. The matter was resolved in a very respectful way. I feel it is appropriate that I commend their staff especially Sthabile for handling the matter in a professional manner. Im looking forward to the vacation that I have booked via them and will be booking more vacations with them because they value their clients
I do not know even where to begin. I have not even gone to this vacation but Im already fed up with Beekman Holidays. I initially had a booking made on Bookings.com to go to the Kingdom Resort in December 2025. I then received a call from a lady called Sthabile. She advised me to cancel my bookings.com booking and she will do everything on her side which I did. She made the booking and sent me an invoice of R100k. I have already paid R75k and now have a balance of R25k. Yesterday while I was resting, I received an email from Beekman Holidays stating that my booking has now been cancelled. I tried calling but it was after hours. I then sent an email to them, this morning I receive an apology from her stating that it was a system glitch and she has rebooked me. However, the amounts have been increased from R100k to R110k. I still have the original invoice of R100k to which Im paying towards and the due date of full payment was communicated to me so Im aware that it hasn't reached This now looks like I was ****med to cancel my bookings.com booking in order to be played like this. Im disappointed and not even looking forward to this vacation because Im not sure what's gonna come next
I have reasons to believe that the finance ladies in Reddam House Umhlanga are doing ******** things. They do not keep proper records of funds paid, they do not update the accounts and always try to make parents seem like they need to pay more money. It is impossible to get hold of them telephonically. The reception will tell you to hold then they drop the call. They frustrate parents to the core with their mismanagement
Yesterday I lodged a complain here on the Hello Peter app as I was not satisfied by the level of service received from.their Durban insurance branch. Upon receiving my complain the attended to it immediately. My query was sorted on the same day after weeks of trying. I'm here to say that SA Home Loans has a great customer service branch which is still customer centric. May be you never be tired of doing good because we are going through a lot and a little kindness does really uplift one's spirit. God bless
I lodged a claim with sa home loans. It is now almost over a month. Im unable to get hold of Darshen who I was told is in charge of my case. What saddens me the most is the manner in which I was treated by one of their employees by the name of Tyran. I called to try and be connected to Darshen, he told me that the systems were offline while I was trying to ask if there is any other way to get in touch with Darshen he dropped the phone on my ear rudely so It is very difficult to deal with people like these because instead of giving us relief they add more frustrations
I ordered and paid for furniture and they promised delivery within 2 weeks. Two weeks is over so I called in to find out. The lady who is their receptionist is extremely impatient and rude. She is not fit to deal with customers. She put the phone down on me while I was still talking, I called back She put it down again. How rude
I ordered two items online and only one was delivered. I then got an email from a person called Tamrun Beath apologizing for the mistake and he promised to ship the missing items. I wait and for weeks and eventually I write to him/her again. The response was another apology and this time she/he says the item is out of stock and it was an error from their side to promise me to ship the item. This time he/she says I must either pick an option for a refund or a coupon to buy again online. I chose the coupon. I waited and waited and I'm still waiting. The level of service is beyond poor. Imagine a big store like this one with zero customer service
I booked for 9 people and we were 10 minutes late due to the cape town traffic. They refused to help us, told us they are running a business their concern is money not us. They asked us to pay again which we did not do and we did not get to ride the quadbikes. I was so disappointed. The two white ladies are extremely rude. Do not book with this company, there are several other companies there who had compassion for their clients and were generally nice to the.
I took the cover for Tyre repairs when I bought my Nissan Navara. I was led to believe that I can go to Tiger Wheel and have my tyres repaired in the event I have a problem. Upon going to Tiger Wheel to fix one of my tyres I was told that it is not covered. This amounts to false advertising and possible *****. They have been debiting my account under False advertising all this time.
Ordered stuff from take a lot and to my surprise the items appear as delivered and signed for. I would like to know who signed and where as nothing has come to our house
