The customer service at Willard Battery Xpress Phoenix is awful. I have been to this store multiple times for a warranty issue and keep being told the person who handles warranties is “on leave,” with no clear return date or alternative help offered. This is unacceptable for a business.
On my latest visit, the staff member clearly did not know what he was doing. I was given conflicting reasons for why they couldn’t help me—first saying the battery wasn’t bought there, then claiming it was out of warranty, both of which were incorrect. After proving this, I was once again told the warranty person is still on leave.
Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this branch to anyone
