My mother's car was collected and they told her because someone else was inspecting it is no longer covered by warranty, we accepted that, then they sent a quote for the repairs total R18k we swallowed the pill gathered the funds and paid because we need the car back, they promised it'll be ready in 21 days, the time passes they keep telling us it'll be ready the next day for 10 days. Close to 40 days later they say that the car is making noises and there is another part that requires replacing and it is R14k.
