Williams Coaches and pathetic service

Last night was traveling from PE to CT and got into an accident in Mosel bay. We were taken to a hospital to be looked at, my brother's lip was cuy open and there were 6 deaths. Anyway, the management or representatives of Williams Coaches came and bought people KFC. Tell me how was my brother supposed to eat? Anyway we decided to go back to PE instead of continuing with the trip, i tell you that we were left in Mosel bay bus station alone by the reps to wait fo a bus. No empathy. No care. No compensation. Nothing. Pathetic!!
