Last night when all hope was lost with my sick aunt and public ambulances not arriving, Netcare 911's Carla Harmse and Heinrich Hendricks were extremely helpful and they assisted us with humility and care. They were very professional considering the circumstances. I take my hat off to them. Thank you.
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction in Nedbank and SBV regarding a hit and run AND ************ incident On 10/06/2023 a Nedbank ATM technician reversed his car into my car and then verbally abused me. When i tried to confront him in the moment, he called upon his SBV colleagues who came to the scene and had their guns out in an act of ************ after which they left without making any arrangements to fix the damage on my vehicle nor leaving details. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter with Nedbank, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution from Nedbank's customer service representatives as they are saying it was a private matter, meanwhile, it was their employee and was on duty at the time. Nedbank did not even make an attempt to give me their employees' details to resolve the matter. I have made several calls to the customer service department, where I explained my complaint and requested assistance. However, the representatives have either been unhelpful or failed to address the issue adequately. This lack of responsiveness and accountability has only added to my frustration and dissatisfaction. I expected better service and prompt resolution of the issue. Unfortunately, this experience shown me that Nedbank and employees just want to shift blame. I want a thorough investigation into my complaint, including a review of all relevant footage related to the incident. I expect a detailed response addressing each aspect of my complaint and a clear plan of action to assist me in resolving this issue with their employees. If my concerns are not adequately addressed within a reasonable time frame, I may have no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities or seek legal advice to protect my rights as a victim of a hit-and-run and ************. Last night was traveling from PE to CT and got into an accident in Mosel bay. We were taken to a hospital to be looked at, my brother's lip was cuy open and there were 6 deaths. Anyway, the management or representatives of Williams Coaches/intercape came and bought people KFC. Tell me how was my brother supposed to eat? Anyway we decided to go back to PE instead of continuing with the trip, i tell you that we were left in Mosel bay alone by the reps to wait fot a bus. No empathy. No care. No compensation. Nothing. Pathetic!!
