A terrible experience. I brought in my bakkie for a service at 7:30am, the service advisor calls me at 15:00 to tell me they are done with the bakkie and they are busy test driving it, 2 hours later nothing from them, and when I call the dealership at 5pm, they have now closed the service department and no one is available. Terrible!!

I paid for parts at Williams Hunt Fourways for my Peugeot 3008 on 20/02/2026, promised 3-5 working days ETA which was not met but rather received an SMS to bring the car for booking on 26/02/2026 with ref no 45844 which I assumed the part has arrived after speaking to Karin. I brought the car in the next morning to my surprise I was told the part hasn't arrived but opted to leave the car and for the dealer principal to call me which never happen. Today is day 6 Karin called with no ownership other than the part is not there, did not apologize for the inconvenience or committed to resolution on Monday as the parts manager must guide, terrible experience I own a 3008 and 2008 and with the dealer not fully replacing service parts at last interval and not disclosing I am considering walking away from the brand. I would not recommend this dealership as the service department is frustrating. I am greatly inconvenienced as I have to go to work through Uber which is an extra unnecessary cost in this tough economy where every cent counts

If I could, I would give this place a 0 star review. They have been worse than useless every single time I have had the displeasure of interacting with them. If I could go back in time I would buy a car that they are unable to service so that I could avoid ever having gone there in the first place. They treated me differently and like a child because I am a young woman. They had my car in their shop for over a MONTH, for a routine service that should have taken a day. In this month they still somehow managed to miss that one of my reverse lights had blown a fuse and so didn't work and so didn't fix it. Calling this workshop a place of business would be more than an overstatement. Today I phoned them asking for help with my car and they refused to tell me what they thought the issue was and then told me to bring my car (that cannot drive) into the workshop. When I asked how they suggested I do this I was told to call the helpline (the number I was currently talking to) and sort it out, the person I was talking to then hung up without another word. The customer service and actual car service are both abysmal and if I never set foot in that place again it will be to soon. After being treated so poorly I called a different dealership Arnold Chatz Cars (010 823 8154) and they were so helpful. They were kind and explained what they thought the issue was and how I could fix it. They offered me different booking and service options. I will be taking my car there from now on, where I am treated with dignity and respect and I suggest that you do the same.

Still waiting for a refund from the store after being sold the wring part. I have called in a number of time to find out when I will get my refund and the refund lady is nowhere to be found or I am connected to the guy who sold me the wrong part and said he would process my refund. I left my original receipts at the store on 1 August 2025 and emailed my bank statement and ID copy to Dinesh Rakesh Naikram who then sent me his number to whatsapp him the documents which I did not do cause his whatsapp is not a business tool. I called the store after and wasput through to him amd he confirmed that I will be getting a refund in 7days. Today is the 16th of August 2025 and I have not received anything. This os a small amount but it does not belong to Williams Hunt Fourways. Dont rob me

Did an enquiry on an advertised vehicle (They had 3 of them) on Tuesday. Had lots of discussions with the salesperson regarding the vehicle and stating that we are very keen on buying. Will pay difference between Trade in and purchase price in cash. Told him on Wednesday that we will be there on Friday morning. Had some back and forth on the trade in value, however I NEVER said we will not accept the offer, Just queried why a low mileage vehicle in excellent condition with R40 000 worth of extras will be offered R20 000 below the book trade in value (Which he even highlighted and sent me). Again said that we will come through Friday then they can do physical valuation as well. Me and my husband both had to put in leave from work only to receive whatsapp message 7:33 on Friday morning stating that unfortunately the vehicle is sold. I asked the salesperson if they did not at least put some kind of hold on 1 of the 3 vehicles as I said we will be there Friday morning. Were never asked to pay deposit to hold the vehicle or anything. According to all our conversations it was never mentioned that the vehicle might not be available. Now me and my husband both waisted a days leave and missed the opportunity to buy one of the three vehicles. We would have happily paid a holding deposit if we were asked to do so.
