Stockvel refund

I've joint willow grove farm Stokvel on 27 January 2026 and paid 1st payment of R250 on 01 february 2026 for an hamper to be received end of the year and now I don't want to continue with the stokvel anymore and I have requested a refund for my first payment they refused and due to negative social media platforms complaint that is why I don't want to continue with them anymore
