Stockvel refund
I've joint willow grove farm Stokvel on 27 January 2026 and paid 1st payment of R250 on 01 february 2026 for an hamper to be received end of the year and now I don't want to continue with the stokvel anymore and I have requested a refund for my first payment they refused and due to negative social media platforms complaint that is why I don't want to continue with them anymore

On 07/01/25 I have made an deposit in a wrong account number 30157285 for client TJ Mangokoane of R2600 and went to all bank branch and send email and called capitec but they confirmed that unfortunately they will not assist me as i made an immediately payment to an external bank which is standard bank and I went to standard bank I was send back to capitec bank
