Rude Pharmacist Monique and terrible management

At wilropark pharmacy there is a pharmacist by the name Monique Cronje, she is the absolute most rude and arrogant person I've ever had to deal with. About 5 weeks ago I ordered an epipen for my son after being diagnosed to being highly allergic to bee stings... They said it would take about 12 hours to get it in stock... I had to wait for 4 days because she never even put the order in... When I finally got it she gave us filthy looks as another pharmacist helped us. I called them again about 5 days ago because I had to order a new epipen and when I Called today to ask what is going on why I haven't gotten any feed back she was so rude saying it's not her job to contact me to let me know what is going on... She is to busy to be calling customers. She said I must go somewhere else to find it... When I was still talking to her saying she's being very rude she said I don't care and hung up the phone...

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs... They are absolutely terrible in customer care... If this Monique person wants to be a pharmacist then she needs to learn how to deal with clients... Because she should actually not be seeing clients at all
