LEGAL DRAMA!!!!

Phew!!! a nightmareX3. Just before lodging & transfer they inform me of a clause in the bond which they "never saw" when bond was approved!!! At the end they just ignore all emails etc. No response as to what happens regarding expenses incurred on my behalf as a result of their negligence. (municipal clearance loss of possible other buyers in last 4 months... etc) Thankfully managed to get my title deeds back. Dont be fooled by all the 5 star rating either. Its the people that work there.
