Balustrade Project Review

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They have no regard for their customers. Windorworks was subcontracted to install aluminium balcony balustrades. Everyone involved in the project was left completely in the dark, with no communication or updates despite multiple attempts to follow up. They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and seemed more interested in making excuses than providing solutions. The workers would arrive on-site after 12:00 PM and leave by 4:00 PM. The project started in April, with a planned completion time of three months. Now, nearly in November, there is still no accountability for the work that has taken place of when they plan to complete. Dealing with them has been frustrating, a waste of time, and unprofessional. If you value your time and sanity, avoid them at all costs.
