Balustrade Project Review
A pity you can't get lower than 0-star reviews. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They have no regard for their customers. Windorworks was subcontracted to install aluminium balcony balustrades. Everyone involved in the project was left completely in the dark, with no communication or updates despite multiple attempts to follow up. They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and seemed more interested in making excuses than providing solutions. The workers would arrive on-site after 12:00 PM and leave by 4:00 PM. The project started in April, with a planned completion time of three months. Now, nearly in November, there is still no accountability for the work that has taken place of when they plan to complete. Dealing with them has been frustrating, a waste of time, and unprofessional. If you value your time and sanity, avoid them at all costs.

Does not deserve even one star
It doesn’t deserve any stars !! I paid a 70% deposit in November for two sets of steel doors , as I type this I am still waiting for completion of this job!! The one set of folding doors were installed end January to a standard not even a s****yard would accept , it was finally agreed to remove them and refund the money for them. The second set , the owner Leon assured me he could get up to the standard he had sold me on… to date I am still sitting with unfinished sliding door with no way of opening or closing or locking (it is meant to be a security feature for my home) . He will not reply to phone calls , Whatsapps , emails or anything… he has left me out of pocket to a large amount of money . I wish I had consulted Hello Peter and read the reviews as I wouldn’t have touched him and he should not be in business !!! DO NOT GO NEAR this company .

TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT!
I ordered 3 steel doors and 2 steel windows to be made. The owner Leon was on top of everything and communicative up until he received his deposit, There after he disappeared. He did not respond to calls emails or texts. I eventual had to track him down to his workshop. After a long conversation and promises to deliver, I thought we were back on track. I was sadly mistaken. Windows and doors came in drips and drabs after having to go back an forth with Leon and what was eventually delivered to site was abysmal. The quality of steel and workmanship was so poor, clearly rushed. I could fit my hand between the door frame and door leaf. The doors and windows were unusable and I had to get new doors and window made at additional cost. His poor workmanship, poor time management and terrible communication cost myself and my builder money due to all the delays. At no point has he ever acknowledged any fault but always has had an excuse on hand. Stay away and do not use his services would be my advice.

Outstanding work

I was dreading the cost, inconvenience and accompanying dirt attached to the inevitable replacement of the window. One of the companies that I called for a quote was Windorworks. The owner, Leon Hendricks, was extremely thorough in his assessment of the problem, and explained every detail of the process to me. His knowledge of the subject, and his advice to me, just made perfect sense. He took meticulous measurements, and gave me a number of options from which to choose. And then finally the big day came. I was filled with anxiety – until The A Team walked in. Moses was in charge of operations, and was awesome in his explanation of what his team was going to do. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing, and did it with skills and alacrity. Accompanying him were Nathan and Wiseman. All three of the men were polite, helpful, cheerful, and so good at their jobs. They stayed until the last bit of dirt had been cleaned up, and were amazing. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this company, and this team, for any installation. What a pleasure it was to deal with each and every one of them. I’m thrilled with the quality of the work that was done, and would like to thank everyone concerned for their input. </div>

WindorWorks pathetic service
<p>WindorWorks confirmed a time and date for my front door and security door to be installed. They agreed to install both doors on the Thursday and then return on the Friday to paint the plaster work. They didn't bother to install the security gate and never returned the next day. They also disconnected my alarm and left it disconnected. A week later, I have not managed to get them to return to install the security door or repair the alarm. I have spoken to the owner, Leon Hendricks and their office a number of times to no avail. They don't seem to care about the security risk that they have created by removing my old door and security door and failing to replace it for more than a week.</p>
