Having done eFiling for myself for many years, I took the leap and asked Jubilee Accounting Services whether they'd be prepared to have me as their client. From the get-go they proved to be extremely professional and proficient in their communication with me, and every aspect was explained in detail. I felt so relieved that I could hand over the whole miserable tax experience to them. Adele Koen was so patient and thoughtful in her dealings with me. With my failing sight and limited computer skills, she guided me through the whole process with great kindness. But the fact that my taxes were done so efficiently, and with little effort on my side, makes me feel so grateful. I would highly recommend Jubilee and Adele for the expertise they have displayed.
I've been wanting an induction hob for at least five years, as the solid plates on my stove were pitted and very ugly. I was advised by my electrician to buy a Defy as parts would be readily available in case anything went wrong. As I am losing my sight, friends drove me to Makro on Wednesday, where I bought a Defy, which the assistant assured me was an induction hob. After it was installed, I turned it on and realised that it heated up. I know that induction only heats up once a pan is placed on that surface, so I called Defy and found that it was not an induction hob, as they only make a one-plate induction plate. I called Makro, and Andile was very helpful and put me through to Azela. If you look up 'efficient', there should be a picture of Azela there. She explained that she'd speak to her superior and get back to me today. My friends all scoffed at that and suggested that I would definitely not hear from Azela or Makro again. They were so wrong. Azela called me twice and I'll be returning the wrong product and getting what I wanted in the first place.
I love being able to review with ease, but I don't like being asked for feedback on my review. It seems obvious to me that if I give a great review, I'll recommend the company or person.
Absolutely exceptional service from Monsurio Mallum, who went way beyond the call of duty to help someone special get their very first new car. From taking us on a test drive and pointing out every single difference between the two models we were looking at, he made sure that the test drive incorporated all aspects of driving. He was so kind and thoughtful throughout the hours we spent with him. When there was a glitch, and the colour car that we wanted wasn't available, he switched to overdrive and moved heaven and earth, with the help of Dee Mhalunker, to get the colour we wanted. Milnerton Nissan is lucky to have people of this calibre working for them. I'm truly impressed.
Having to sell my car was a heartbreaking experience because I am no longer able to drive for health reasons. A friend presented me with three quotes from three different companies, and We Buy Cars gave the middle quote. I decided to go with the company because two of my friends said that their experiences with them had been positive. Keagan Hendricks contacted me and immediately put me at ease. He was helpful and kind and very efficient. He inspected my car thoroughly and took it for a test drive before making me a very fair offer. The money was in my bank account before they took the car.
An excellent and immediate response from SnapScan regarding a problem caused by my bank. They gave a thorough explanation on how to resolve the issue.
I have just wasted 2 hours of my life being shunted around to various assistants on the Secure Chat section of the FNB online banking. All I want is to download my 2025 Tax Certificate onto my laptop. The fifth person who tried to assist me was Khutso, who said that my laptop wasn't verified and that was why I could not download the certificate. He then sent me detailed directions on how to verify my laptop, which I duly did - and I received notification of the verification. In spite of doing the verification I could still not download the Tax Certificate, so I was passed on to Loreanne, Tsholofelo, Nothukelo and finally Florence. Florence said that I needed to pay a minimum amount of R300.01 to get my device verified. I've been doing online banking with FNB for about 12 years or more. I have had the same laptop for about 2 years and I did not give permission for it to be de-verified. I have previously had such great service from FNB, so I'd be sorry to leave them.
<div>I’m so disappointed that FNB have cancelled eBucks for the outstanding ‘Sixty60’ delivery service from Checkers in favour of the totally useless ‘asap’ offering of Pick n Pay. Why are we being bullied into having to use an obviously inferior service if we want to earn eBucks? 1. When ordering from asap it shows that products are available, but on delivery forty percent of the products aren’t delivered. 2. OR forty-five minutes after the delivery is supposed to have taken place, the delivery is cancelled by Pick n Pay. 3. The money paid for the products and delivery is then only paid back after three working days. 4. There is no response from the careline associated with asap. 5. There is no apology for the person then having to go out to buy their groceries. Your banking services are incredibly efficient, FNB, but you have failed your clients in this instance.</div>
I am over the moon with the outstanding service that Checkers Sixty60 has for my area. They normally deliver to me within 35-40 minutes, and everything is perfectly packed into paper bags, which they take back to recycle with the next delivery. The efficiency of this service is excellent and other companies should look at trying to emulate this standard. I'm prepared to lose out on my FNB eBucks to stay with Checkers. Previous experience with Pick n Pay deliveries were abysmal.
This company has impressed me since I started using its products about 18 years ago. Every aspect is handled professionally and with perfection, from the person who comes to measure up and make suggestions to the admin and the teams who fit my shutters. Terence Davids gave me great advice and Byron and Nathaniel fitted the shutters with great precision and care. What a great team. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and skilled in their field. The fitting was done methodically and cleanly and I couldn't have asked for anything better. A great product and a super team.
