Treat customers as ****** !
Windowart who do window tinting/covering for homes insist you pay 100% UPFRONT then they book you a time to do the job. So if your not happy, they have your money. I made the offer of 70% upfront and on day of completion, the balance of 30%. They treat all customers as ****** and attitude " Our way or the highway " I took the latter.

Super service with a smile!
Window Art Cape Town combines an excellent product with exceptional service. Alain & Miller were superstar-installers, who put in time and effort to guide us through the whole decision making process. Diana provided the customer relations one could only hope for. The service was efficient, prompt and professional from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the finished products.

Alain & Miller were superstar-installers, who put in time and effort to guide us through the whole decision making process. Diana provided the customer relations one could only hope for. The service was efficient, prompt and professional from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the finished products.

Terrible service!!!!
Absolutely Disgusted with the Service from Window Art – A Complete Disgrace! If I could give zero stars, I would. On the 23rd of June, Kruschev from Window Art came to my home, took detailed photographs of all the windows, and confidently assured me that the tinting I wanted could be done. He provided a quotation, which I paid in full – R6900 cash – without hesitation, trusting I was dealing with a professional company. To make matters worse, Kruschev advised that one of my larger windows needed replacing due to minor knicks that would affect the tinting. Taking his word, I replaced that window at an additional cost of R5000! Only for the installers to arrive and inform me that they couldn’t even apply the tint due to security bars – something that was clearly visible and photographed by Kruschev himself! How is it possible that this crucial detail was missed or ignored during the site visit? Either this is gross incompetence or outright dishonesty. Now, instead of receiving the service I paid for, I’m left chasing this unprofessional company for a refund. It is beyond unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and sanity – STAY AWAY from Window Art. The lack of accountability and professionalism is staggering. I deeply regret ever trusting them with my home and my money. An absolute disgrace!

Dumping the small clients when better ones knock on the door
We paid and booked with Window Art for vinal on a bathroom window. The builders were late, and we rescheduled way in advance. On all of the written correspondence the T&C's they indicated a 14-day lead time which was also verbally confirmed. When we tried to book again after a couple of day's we were told they got in some good new deals and that the T&C's has been amended to please them. The result was that we had to find another company to do it, since we wouldn't be able to move into the house without it. It is a small job and they still need to learn the value of respect towards all customers and not give the minor ones the attitude they did when a bigger, better deal comes along. They did however refund us within a reasonable time.

Seamless Professionalism
I recently used Window Art in Cape Town to install some Vinyls. The whole interaction with the company from the first visit to final installation was amazing. I got the quote a few hours after the team had left, the invoicing and accepting of the quote was so simple as was paying. I was so happy with the efficiency of the installation and how clean everything was once the team had left. The entire experience was some of seamless professionalism. I would highly recommend Window Art if you are looking for Vinyl's and they have a very large selection which is great.

Excellent service from Gauteng branch
I received excellent service from start to finish. There was a slight issue on one of the windows after completing the job, and the company went out of the way to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
