Terrible service!!!!

Absolutely Disgusted with the Service from Window Art – A Complete Disgrace!

If I could give zero stars, I would. On the 23rd of June, Kruschev from Window Art came to my home, took detailed photographs of all the windows, and confidently assured me that the tinting I wanted could be done. He provided a quotation, which I paid in full – R6900 cash – without hesitation, trusting I was dealing with a professional company.

To make matters worse, Kruschev advised that one of my larger windows needed replacing due to minor knicks that would affect the tinting. Taking his word, I replaced that window at an additional cost of R5000!

Only for the installers to arrive and inform me that they couldn’t even apply the tint due to security bars – something that was clearly visible and photographed by Kruschev himself! How is it possible that this crucial detail was missed or ignored during the site visit? Either this is gross incompetence or outright dishonesty.

Now, instead of receiving the service I paid for, I’m left chasing this unprofessional company for a refund. It is beyond unacceptable.

If you value your time, money, and sanity – STAY AWAY from Window Art. The lack of accountability and professionalism is staggering. I deeply regret ever trusting them with my home and my money. An absolute disgrace!
