Service above and beyond!

I have only the best things to say about my experience with Wine Cellar (winecellar.co.za). I purchased a vintage bottle of wine on their website that I was going to give to my brother for his 40th, so I needed it before a specific date. Unfortunately something went wrong and I was told the package was found leaking two days before it was to be delivered to me by the courier company. Wine Celllar staff learned of this and arranged for a replacement bottle to be delivered to me using same day air freight delivery from Cape Town to Johannesburg - to ensure I have the bottle on time!

This service is seriously going above and beyond service one can expect!
