A losing battle

Do not use them you will be stuck paying them forever!!! Everything was fine until we tried to cancel our account.

You have to give them a 2 month cancellation notice before a random date of their choosing and if you miss the 2 month notice cut off date they just continue charging you for an entire year.

We did actually cancel before the cut off date and had emails to prove it, which they ignored for 6 months while continuing to charge us without fail. Eventually someone emailed back and, once we proved we had cancelled in time, they assured us they would finally cancel our account and refund us our money.

This was months ago and they are still charging us monthly. We had sent our first cancellation email a year and a half ago.

Don’t get caught in the same trap. You cannot call to talk to anyone and they don’t actually care.
