Do not use them you will be stuck paying them forever!!! Everything was fine until we tried to cancel our account. You have to give them a 2 month cancellation notice before a random date of their choosing and if you miss the 2 month notice cut off date they just continue charging you for an entire year. We did actually cancel before the cut off date and had emails to prove it, which they ignored for 6 months while continuing to charge us without fail. Eventually someone emailed back and, once we proved we had cancelled in time, they assured us they would finally cancel our account and refund us our money. This was months ago and they are still charging us monthly. We had sent our first cancellation email a year and a half ago. Don’t get caught in the same trap. You cannot call to talk to anyone and they don’t actually care.

I wish i could give zero stars, that would be a better rating for the company. As others indicate, sales go very well until you sign the contract. Then you can hardly get them on the phone, you have to pay for a training pass but there is simply no training or assistance. After 3 months we decided to terminate our contract due to lack of guidance. Compusoft continues to collect payments, even for the training, without us being able to use the program for 1 day. Their general terms and conditions state that you can cancel the contract because they do not adhere to the general terms and conditions, but they believe that if a response is given within 30 days, they are not at fault. Even if it is not the response to the question you asked! Since we have to prepare quotations for customers, we cannot wait 30 days for a response from them. So please stay away from this rogue company! I have read several complaints on social media but apparently customer service is not important to them.

Our agreement involved the execution of a debit order in November 2023, with the understanding that the deduction would occur in January 2024 or February 2024. Despite my attempts to inform them about the impending payment, I have encountered considerable difficulty in obtaining assistance. Winner Compusoft appears to prioritize expeditious enrollment during the sales process, but regrettably, this eagerness does not extend to post-sales support. Despite addressing the matter with multiple departments, including the accounts team, via email, the response and assistance have been minimal. This level of unresponsiveness raises concerns about the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to observe that Winner Compusoft appears indifferent to the needs of its clients, as evident in their lack of support and disregard for pending payments. This indifference undermines the reputation of the company, especially in comparison to smaller, more attentive organizations.
