Poker players beware of this terrible Hell hole. Hello Friends, this is my last night in South Africa and I will be leaving soon. But be careful of Winston Pub, Smit street in Randburg for the following reasons: 1) the owner hits poker games regularly, but I've been watching and losing money, as he holds draws that he seems to win all the time, how is this possible? In addition to this, his dealers mark thier cards and do not change them when requested, it's been several times when I've been told " yes sir, I will change them on the next game". 2) I believe that a lot of ******* activities happen on the premises, lots of gangsters come and go in the back often, I don't even want to know what goes on behind closed doors, a lot of motorbike gangs come as well, I cannot stress how this affects my safety as well as others around me. 3) there are a lot of Afrikaners in this pub and they are very ****** towards the black staff and customers, this is unacceptable, especially for what the black people have been through in this country. 4) finally, I've seen the state of the kitchen, it is filthy, I've seen rats run around, but that's because there is blood stains on the floor and walls. This is a healthcare crisis as Winston Pub staff are serving this unsafe food to the public, I honestly feel sick, even the alcohol is watered down and mixed - whiskey, gin and vodka. My friends, please heed my warning Winston Pub may look nice on the outside, but trust me, it is a hive of **** and villany, please do not go here for your health and your hard earned money. The owner does not care about anyone but himself and he is greedy.
