DO NOT USE WISEUP POOLS
Very poor service - paid upfront to have a pool redone and was promised to be done in a week - took the owner Neville and his team 7 months to complete a 4 day job after we had to get lawyers involved - owner spoke endless lies - one lie after the next about coming to finish the pool - they used allot of my tools which now is missing - half the time staff arrived with no tools or material to work and spent the day sitting in our yard - owner treated his staff disrespectful most times - swearing and cursing them - it's now on month 9 and we still don't have a cover for the pool - and the Owner Neville Barendse refuses to take our calls after he promised us the cover we paid for to be delivered a month ago. The pools finish isn't good at all with allot of issues.

Wiseup Pools
I paid a large deposit to Wiseup Pools, Neville Barendse on 4th July for work to be done. By the 9th August at least 6 appointments were made to do the work- no show-. Messages and phone calls not answered, job not done, deposit not refunded.
