Sorry, there isn't zero-star ratings. In the last 2 months, I have been turned down for any applications and wanted to check why, so paid for a credit report to find out I have 2 defaults on my accounts from Standard bank. Now here the problem comes in - all my loans was settled last year August and I have received letters (after hours in the bank and on calls) for the same including the 2 loans - Standard Bank has gone and added as defaults on my ITC - showing unpaid for over 6 months now - someone in Standard Bank didn't do their job and captured the loans as paid in full - and didn't closed the accounts - resulting in defaults against my name. The person whom I am dealing with to resolve - for over a week now is ignoring my request - I have asked over 10 times for their manager to contact me - which to date I await the same still. The person keeps replying with the same email - just before close of business daily (probably so I cannot contact her) with - Please note that the estimated resolution date for this matter is the 12th of February 2025. - which is acceptable for 2 reasons - 1. I asked not to deal with her any longer and that I have her manager call me as she seems clueless and very rude - no one in management contacted me !!!!2. My credit score is affected badly by Standard Banks negligence!!!! The lady who name whose name I won't mention told me that they would correct the fault and have the default removed - which isn't good enough - as this will look like I paid the amount in default - I WONT ACCEPT IT AS I DIDNT OWE THE MONEY TO BEGIN WITH - What upsets me the most is that due to Standard Banks stuff up - I have lost over 100-150 points on my credit and with the defaults on my name and cannot get any loans or approved.... Who and how is this going to be fixed - as I want my score restored to before their negligence - not just updated as I wasn't in default to begin with. Other platforms have my score of over 725 where the default isn't noted and as a result now of this incorrect default on Experian and VCCB LISTED AS 580 - 615........ I want it fixed Standard Bank.
Standard Bank must be the worst bank ever - I settled all my loans with them last year early August 2025 and received letters to advise that all loans are settled and accounts are closed - this after I spend days in the banks and on calls to get settlements. I received a few rejections on credit applications due to a problem on my ITC only to find after paying for a report, that 2 of the loans settled has now shown up on my ITC as defaults and unpaid for 6 months - *****ing my ITC score up . I'm now struggling over a week to get some type of response to advise that my ITC will be updated and that the error made by Standard Bank will be cleared up. The agent I am dealing with on mail seems to be stuck - don't get upset and that I have to be sending her the report which I have sent screenshots of and have had no feedback further - I called both Experian and VCCB whom told me to speak to the bank who can correct it on their side withing 7 days and the last I spoke to the same agent was told 31 days. Anyone would get upset if their lively wood is affecting by negligence of Standard bank!!! How can they list you under default - ruin my credit and get away with it - when it's clearly a mistake on their side with staff not doing their jobs!!! SHAME ON YOU - STANDARD BANK.
I don't know how Temu is still using these guys - every time the deliveries are falsely showing out for delivery for days tracking online. Today I had a package delivered with the driver demanding a pin code from me - yes 100% agree that a pin code must be given - but no one sent it to me - so he got rude - got in his vehicle and went a logged that I didn't want to receive the package after I explained that I never received the pin code. called the call center - first lady wouldn't let me talk and carried on about the needed pin - and eventually put the phone down in my ear when I asked her to stop talking me dead and been super rude - 3rd call was successful with the lady advising me that no pin was sent by their operations and that they would send another driver and would ensure pin is sent - hours later and still waiting for my package and pin. @Temu please get a better service provider! Consignees cannot sit at days waiting for packages out on delivery and when the packages eventually get delivered has this issue and in order to fix their mistakes are forced to deal with rude staff! Unfortunately, I cannot give a big zero - but that is what they deserve.
Netstar is the absolute the worst - recently had to have a tracker moved from one vehicle to another purchased. On day one I spoke to various departments/agents to arrange the same - spending hours on the phone - eventually arrange and was advised that someone would contact me. A week later and no one called so again called in and after speaking to almost 10 different departments was given a time and date - yesterday 13H00. Took off work so that I can be available for the fitment - 15h00 came and no once pitched - so again on a call to Netstar to see what was happening - somehow no record of the fitment was made - which I disbelieve - but eventually had a tech pitch up at 16H00. After fitment was completed he promised me that a fitment certificate would be email in the evening - and this wasn't done so again I have had to call into the call centre and after almost 35 minute on the phone be told that they had no record - and had to wait another 10 minutes to be told that they will capture whatever and send me the certificate this afternoon. I am shocked in the time and amount of phone calls it had to take to get this arranged - seems like the call center and systems Tracker uses is from different planets - not to mention the customer service - UNPROFESSIONAL AND WONT RECOMMEND TRACKER TO ANYONE!
Very poor service - paid upfront to have a pool redone and was promised to be done in a week - took the owner Neville and his team 7 months to complete a 4 day job after we had to get lawyers involved - owner spoke endless lies - one lie after the next about coming to finish the pool - they used allot of my tools which now is missing - half the time staff arrived with no tools or material to work and spent the day sitting in our yard - owner treated his staff disrespectful most times - swearing and cursing them - it's now on month 9 and we still don't have a cover for the pool - and the Owner Neville Barendse refuses to take our calls after he promised us the cover we paid for to be delivered a month ago. The pools finish isn't good at all with allot of issues.
Worse Customer service ever...4 calls with every time a 30 minute wait to speak to someone to have another bull **** story. Did a instant cash (R2000.00) this am and after the person didn't get it 3 hours later, cancelled it, so monies could go back into my account to be drawn and given cash, as the instant cash is ********.....Tried sending monies from a credit card (R2000.00) to clear the same time (option given on credit card telephone banking for R50.00) and still didn't go thru. Both monies now some where in their system and not refunded and no one can give feedback (ref ********** ). Why sell a service you cannot provide??? To make matters worse I am a prestige banker......Defiantly looking at another bank as I am tired of this absolute poor service.
