Great pre-sales services but extremely bad after sales support which is the most important! My battery went into protection after a long power outage ,thus it required to be reset which only a qualified technician can do. I spoke to a lady by the name of Lindie at Wisolar (where i purchased my solar package) and requested that they send a technician to my house to reset my battery after all the telephonically guidance failed. Its two days later, my battery is still in protection mode (cant charge) and she has ever since ignored my calls as their festive shut down was more important than my issue.
As a customer, this is an emergency as i use my solar as back up for power outages, load shedding etc.
I guess my money was only as good as the purchase!!!!
