Joh, what a place. Straight out of silent hill. blood on the floor, broken windows, gunshots in the walls, patients lying on the floor and nurses that huddle around heaters while patients suffer the cold. They gave my mom wrong medicine, saw a lady with broken arms still there after a week. Nee wat brand ma af en begin oor.

absolutely shocking! No procedure in place from my experience, security is rude to people in distress and there is no proper helpdesk, people wait for hours and hours to be informed of loved ones and patients taken into hospital. No space in ICU and sick people are placed all over the show...the staff is rude and not helpful...no toilet paper in toilets and the files go missing as no one is taking responsibility. I feel so sorry for those sick and dying in this hospital

We are laying a complaint on a service given on the 1st of July 2021, by the paramedics assigned to be working at Witbank Hopsital . This happened around the late hours of the evening , an emergency occured and the paramedics were contacted four hours prior their arrival by Hlalanikahle Clinic. They delayed on call and arrived with no explanation whatsoever . A patient was at risk and their health not prioritized . When the paramedics were questioned on why the was a delay their response was"This is not an emergency",and that they will not be held accountable for the act if we have a problem we should take it to the call centre. When they were told that the matter will be reported and they will be sued, their response was"you are more than welcome thus nothing will be done to us".When we were on our way to the hospital,we were threatened to be left by the road side because we wanted clarity on who should be held acountable for the whole situation.

My sister in law was transfered from Standerton to Witbank goverment hospital because she needed better care but instead the service and care is terrible. First her kidneys did not work and she had infection in her lungs after the transfer she got oxygen for a day they took it off. They tied her foot to the bed because she is disoriented but her blankets is lying on the ground and it is freezing cold she was rattling from the cold when my brother arrived there. She has no IV to help her. They absolutely do not care about her.
