Pasient will die
My sister in law was transfered from Standerton to Witbank goverment hospital because she needed better care but instead the service and care is terrible. First her kidneys did not work and she had infection in her lungs after the transfer she got oxygen for a day they took it off. They tied her foot to the bed because she is disoriented but her blankets is lying on the ground and it is freezing cold she was rattling from the cold when my brother arrived there. She has no IV to help her. They absolutely do not care about her.

Bad attitude and customer service
PICK N PAY in Leandra, Mpumalanga. Went to buy coffee and tea the only 2 tills is open and the store is so busy. When I my husband went to ask the manager to please open more tills she told him, you will be serviced just wait. She went and worked on a till which was not lock and there was already a drawer with money in. She help and started to ask very rudly do you want a bag which he replied no thanks he payed with a card she riped the card out of his hands asked for a pin when the transaction was done she throw his card back to him. Very bad bad customer service especially from the manager.

Unfair and unformal
I had a loan from then. I settled my loan with them. In July 2017 I received a bank msg that stipulates that African bank refunded me With 621.40. Why I do not know and 2 days after that amount was payed in my account a lady phone me and told mevto please come and pay my account because it can make my credit score bad which I replied they must please check there info and get there facts straight now they harassing me some of the collecters is very rude they do not even want to listen to me so I spoke to a supervisor she ask for bank statements to prove my point I forward it to her and I ask for a costumer service advisor to tell them about the rude service I received they listened to me but never solved the problem and then some one phoned me again and told me it was there mistake can I please just pay the money back as soon as possible which I replied if I do have the money I will she told me it is fine I can pay it with no interest. But now they are harassing me everyday and sended me sms'e to tell me that I will be handed over in 20 days. What the hell is going on in that office
