Complaint

We are laying a complaint on a service given on the 1st of July 2021, by the paramedics assigned to be working at Witbank Hopsital . This happened around the late hours of the evening , an emergency occured and the paramedics were contacted four hours prior their arrival by Hlalanikahle Clinic. They delayed on call and arrived with no explanation whatsoever . A patient was at risk and their health not prioritized . When the paramedics were questioned on why the was a delay their response was"This is not an emergency",and that they will not be held accountable for the act if we have a problem we should take it to the call centre.When they were told that the matter will be reported and they will be sued,their response was"you are more than welcome thus nothing will be done to us".When we were on our way to the hospital,we were threatened to be left by the road side because we wanted clarity on who should be held acountable for the whole situation.
