What a rude counsellor!!! She has absolutely no idea on how to work with people, none whatsoever, let alone speak to people. She shouts at people for no reason. What’s the purpose of being provided with the numbering system ticket and your staff don’t bother to follow it? I politely asked her if she’s following the numbering system ticket after I realised that it wasn’t really followed and she rudely told me to put my ass down because she knows how she does her work. LIKE HELL SHE DOES!!! She assisted about 4 people who were behind me as per numbering system ticket because “that’s how she does her work” as she said. What a petty woman!!! Please teach your staff how to work with people!!!
