Worst Service

The way I was expecting good Service from the Doctor. I was called by my Son School principal, telling me that my son has been touching his private part non stop he said that it’s painful and itchy. We then went straight to witkoppen Clinic and we got there I explained to the lady why we here . She then say they don’t take patient anymore mind you it’s 10:15. I then ask it’s an emergency because his private part it’s painful. She was like okay let’s go ask the Doctor if she will be able to help you. When we got the lady first went to the doctors room after few seconds she called me to come inside the Doctor then said she can’t help me I must come tomorrow I then ask “So this is not an emergency “ she Said No. she didn’t even take a look on my baby’s private part . They told me to come tomorrow morning around 5am . What nonsense is this. So stay with my baby with a painful private part until tomorrow what if it’s get worse in the Evening or cause an infection or something. I really didn’t expect that from Witkoppen Clinic. I was expecting good results
