Data not received

I tried this morining to buy data from wizzit account via wizzit app. They took the money from my account but didn't received my data on my phone. They say they are waiting for there IT guy. And it not the FIRST time it happend. I've been banking with them now about 7 or 8 years. Not happy with the service.
