The service at Wolf Bros is absolutely amazing! Cynthia was incredibly helpful, patient, and passionate throughout the process of creating the perfect engagement ring. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the whole experience felt personal and special. Highly recommend!

I bought a ring last year in may within 2 months I took back because it was coming out colour becoming brown then I took in and I got it back so I noticed that it’s becoming brown again and I spend lot of money I can’t believe this is happening I actually thought is a good Brand but I’m so disappointed

The staff in this store are very cold, first it was a woman named Michelle she was very rude when we were shopping rings, she refused to show us any rings unless we confirmed that we were going to buy, then it was a guy, he didn't tell me his name, he was so cold and dismissive when i wanted to resize my ring. They have beautiful quality jewelry but the service is shocking

Since before the 22nd of August 2023 I have left my timepiece and been in contact with Wolf Brothers Clearwater and subsequently Picot and Moss regarding job number R37342, I had to pay a deposit for the repairs which was done and since then have heard nothing from either the store where I left my timepiece, nor the agent entrusted to do the repairs except for on the 28th of August 2023 to remind me that my watch requires spare parts which has been timeously ordered from our supplier, and the current delay is 4-6 weeks from date of confirmation.

I bought a g shock watch at wolf bros 16 February the I have issue that strapped of watch it looks its coming lose and she said it's fine and bought because she it's OK. I'm not happy what if the strapped breaks further?????.

I ordered my wife's birthday gift from Nathan at Mall of Africa and received awesome service. He was quick to respond to my requests and delivered as promised. Surprisingly recieved the gift the day after ordering which was a nice surprise. He followed up and kept me in the loop which is excellent customer service. Will definitely be using him again in the future
