My package was handed over to Fastway on 30 December and today, on the 7th of January it still hasn't been delivered. I called their customer service over 10 times, holding for as long as 30 mins on some calls, as soon as i'm the first one on the queue the call drops, i only got through when i called with a private number. The consultant that i spoke to was so rude and she told me to call the Pretoria branch, which i have been trying to call the whole day but the call also keeps getting dropped. I am so frustrated, who takes over a week to deliver a package in this day and age? Simply unacceptable, why have a customer service department if you actually not there to assist customers?@Woolworths stop using Fastway! Fastway you are pathetic, do better!
I bought a brand new Chery from Chery Midrand about a month ago, expecting a quality vehicle with all promised features, including front collision sensors. Since day one, these sensors have not worked, and after countless attempts to get this fixed, I’ve faced nothing but blatant excuses and zero accountability. Chery Midrand escalated my complaint to Chery SA, but Chery SA refuses to resolve it, brushing it off as a “design feature,” which is absurd. Dealing with their so-called customer support is a nightmare – reaching anyone who can actually help is nearly impossible. Save yourself the frustration and avoid buying a Chery at all costs. If you run into issues, you’ll be left with an expensive problem and no help from the brand. Chery’s disregard for customer satisfaction and product quality should be a red flag for anyone considering this brand.

The client service is the worst. I placed an order online on 8 June 2024 for a pure pleasure electric blanket switch (the switch dies after 9 months, thanks Stingray) they took my money but I never received an order confirmation or the order. I’ve been calling and emailing customer service for 3 weeks, I keep getting passed from one department to another. The consultants don’t even forward your query to the relevant department, they give you an email address and YOU have to start a conversation with that new department and you have to contact them, explaining the issue AGAIN. It’s the most frustrating thing ever. No one has really made an effort, today on 28 June 2024 I’m still waiting for someone to help me. Do better Stingray. Don’t take our money if you not willing to fulfill your obligation. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH STINGRAY
I took my car for service and Andries Mfolo was my service consultant and he is the best. He’s very friendly, polite and professional. He kept me up to date throughout the day. I’ve had bad experiences with other service consultants at BMW Midrand but Andries has changed my mind about BMW Midrand
Great service - My mom missed her bus at the Midrand, the bus also stops at the Pretoria station, I called the call centre to find out what time the bus leaves the Pretoria station, the lady that I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, not only did she give me the time, she also asked the bus driver to wait 5 mins for my mom. A true example of going above and beyond. Thank you Citiliner

Moostapha was very friendly and gave me the right information. He spoke very clearly and did a thorough security verification. He also advised me of alternative ways of communicating with Santam
The staff in this store are very cold, first it was a woman named Michelle she was very rude when we were shopping rings, she refused to show us any rings unless we confirmed that we were going to buy, then it was a guy, he didn't tell me his name, he was so cold and dismissive when i wanted to resize my ring. They have beautiful quality jewelry but the service is shocking
