Bad attitude and service

<p>We bought a house in&nbsp;Ramsgate and accept a quote from WOLF security company confirmed VIA E MAIL!</p> <p>We never had to pay 3 months in advance and connection costs.</p> <p>We were never informed how the current system, installed by the previous owner, operates by any WOLF staff member.</p> <p>After 5 monts OF PAYING we decided to built a remote controlled sliding gate.</p> <p>We requested our keys back of the padlock. WOLF HAD NO IDEA WHERE THE KEYS WAS.-MISSING!</p> <p>We also RECEIVED AN BILL for R285-00 for a job card-what for?</p> <p>We also received another bill for R458.28 for a remote.</p> <p>WOLF one day paid a visit, apologised profusely and promise to follow up and get back to us-we are still waiting!!</p> <p>Wolf lost our keys-how is that for security and reace of mind!</p> <p>They never did a job-but requested a job card payment, they could not find a jobcard on their system.</p> <p>They never gave us a remote-they billed us for a remote</p> <p>When you call, you are transferred to 4 people and nobody knows what is going on</p> <p>When you complain that you receive no service THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOU for 3 months ahead payment AND INSTRUCT YOU THEY ARE COMING TO COLLECT THEIR RADIO within 48 hours!!!</p> <p>They did not even install the system-it was taken over from another supplier. How safe would you feel??</p> <p>WOLF IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE COMPANY -WITH THE WORST, CONFUSING SERVICE.</p> <p>DON'T CONTRACT WITH WOLF</p> <p>WHO PUTS THE BREAD ON HER TABLE.</p> <p>She acts in the best benefit of the accountholder by trying to correct a mistake with another mistake</p> <p>Attack to defend instead of apologise!</p> <p>We expected a little more professional approach ESPECIALLY WHEN WOLF DID ALL THE WRONGS to a paying client</p> <p>I have no other choice as to protect interested clients about the service that you get, that you have to pay for in advance. Word of mouth. Such a powerfull medium of advertising.</p>
