<p>Long story short</p> <p>Aftet numerous foghts with Vodacom THAT STARTED THE MOMENT I GAVE NOTICE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT A F T E R 14 years of membership...Vodacom's attitude got schocking. </p> <p>Taking illegal dt orders after I am not a account holder </p> <p>Never on my last 24 months contract was my billing more than R1000. In fact the day they disconnected my phone out of the blue, I had 342talk time. They sms me use it before midnight 31.12.16. </p> <p>10.00 the morning they just disconnected my phone.</p> <p>They charged me R5000+. <p>I signed up on Telkoms great deals for 2017.</p> <p>Service in store was good.</p> <p>Telkon gave me a number to dial if I struggle with the set-uo on the phone. I have tried NUMEROUS TI.ES IN FACT I CAN TAKE THE PHONE FOR PROOF TO THEN 40 ATTEMPTS TO CALL !!!! F O R T Y........THEY HAVE WITHOUT A DOUBT TAKEN THE PHONE OF THE HOOK. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR SIGNATURE AND MONEY....THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU. YOU HAVE NO OTHET CHOICE TO GET IN YOUR CAR AND DRIVE 60KM TO THENM AND STAND IN LINE FOR AGES TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE - THIS IS A VERY NEGATIVE REFLECTION ON THEIR MARKETING AND PROMISING YOU 100% CL8ENT SATISFACTION AND AFTER SALE SERVICE.</p>
<p>My simcard was HIJACKED ON VODACOM SYSTEM for the second time!!!! And I enjoy no assistance from vodacom. This is the second time. I cannot tell the conseqiences of previous incident...SA BE VERY VERY ALERT IF YOU HAVE A VODACOM NUMBER</p>

<p>The last 2 years I ha d a contract with V9dacom that incl a 1 gig data bundle. For 22 months it was sufficient. I maybe use 50 megabyte extra a day or 2 before the month end. Sometimes did not use the 1gig. HOWEVER when I notified Vodacom I am ending my supscription with them MAJOR issues were born DAIILY from Vodacom. Last month they offered ve me credit 1 GIG Data to say sorry for the bad service. THEN ON 6TH of Dec I was notified that the 1 Gig of Nov plus the complimentary GIG PLUS my Dec GIG WAS DEPLEYED????</p> <p>IRONY IS MY PHONE IS ON WIFI 24/7 IN MY OFFICE AT HOME AND I have a 5GIG data contract. No way in the world I used 8Gig in 5 weeks!!! . I received an account for R1890??? Never had this in 24months....and expect much worse billing for Dec....my subscription expire 30 Dec. Vodacom lie about so many things I will need 3 pages....DONT DONT DONT CONTRACT WITH VODACOM SA!!! In spite of all the FA BULOUS OFFERS. This is the start of hell in your life. They DO NOT RESPOND TO ISSUES THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN YOU AFTER YOU SIGNED ON THE DOTTED LiNE</p>
<p>NEVER ...no matter what the specials are deal with vodacom. 1st I was 'harrassed with sms's EVERY day to upgrade 18th September.- 4 MONTHS AGO-I was not interested because of number of reasons to NOT renew my contract. I choose AFTER 20 YEARS not to . Then things happened fast...EVERY month another story....long story short!! I cannot cancel before 30th Dec. I HAVE NEVER RENEWED ANY CONTRACT ON LAST DAY OF THE YEAR. Where do they come from...30th Dec ?? But now they refuse to let me cancel. NEXT THING AND SO IRONICAL.....my DATA on this option that lasted a month.... is now depleted after 6 days!!!! Its the 7th and my data depleted.. Since my notification I am on my our out to another service provider.NOW AFTER 7 DAYS I receive sms ma data is DEPLETED...THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE. WHY? Because I have a 5gig data contract on a router WIFI. My phone is in my office 24/7 and on that wifi. For sure a scam from vodacom...why??</p> <p>Because now I get harrased with sms's buy another package for R399!!!. Absolute lie and sales foefie. There is NO WAY the data on my red advantage option can be depleted BECAUSE I use my wifi data. They are just after the money and NO INTEREST. SHAME ON VODACOM</p>

You pay more for half the service. PUBLIC&HOLIDAY MAKERS Avoid MALL CARWASH HIBISCUS MALL or drive with a wet car full of water marks out on the road. </p>

<p>My neighbour lives in America. He conteacted with Chubb because they are the cheapest quote. I can understand why NO SERVICE!! E V E R Y time his alarm goes off...like this morning 5 times nobody pays interest. No inspectiin. Every time I HAVE TO PHONE AND ALERT THEM -sometomez at mighr it goes off 3 tomes. I have to phone. When I called AGAIN this morning the lady said this property is NOT WOTH CHUBB. The owner says it is WITJOUT A DOUBT WITH CHUBB. If you are serious about the money you pay for s3ciritu AVOID CHUBB....GO TO WOLF SECURITY. AND HAVE PEACE OF MIND. Dont pay Chubband have no service only stress be aise they do not act on alarms.</p>
